Need a custom trailer? Well, you have come to the right place! We are the Rocky Mountain region’s custom trailer experts!
While the trailer manufacturers we represent offer a wide range of options on most trailers, we do have customers with specific requirements that are not available in a stock build. For them, we are able to design and build custom trailers.
We have created our custom trailer building/design and ordering process to capture specific details about a requested trailer to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to build it.
Our process includes these steps:
Planning – We meet with you to find out exactly what you’re looking for in your new trailer. We’ll ask about type, use, requirement, options, quality and budget expectations, payment terms, etc.
Scoping – We determine what the manufacturer can deliver and what customizations will be performed in our shop after the trailer arrives, if any.
Proposing – We give you a detailed quote along with layout drawings for enclosed trailers to help you visualize the end product.
Adjusting – We want to make sure you’re getting exactly the trailer you want, so if we need to make adjustments to any of the specifications and features, now is the time.
Approving – Once you’re happy with our proposal, you give us the green light to move forward.
Ordering – We place the order with the manufacturer. Production times vary depending on the type of trailer and your specifications. Once we receive order confirmation, we will advise you of the production and shipping timeline. On occasion, problems will arise, but our staff will be diligent about staying on communication with you.
Customizing – We take care of any final customizing touches at our facility.
Delivering – When your trailer is ready, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to go over any operational or use procedures and answer any questions.
